About Kōten Studio

We build websites and mobile apps for self-employed people, small businesses and startups, in Belgium and elsewhere in Europe. Every project starts with a price and a date fixed in writing, and ends with a real launch: a website live on its own domain, an app on the App Store and Google Play.

Alongside client projects, we build and run our own products, such as Konek, Apportia and Fideloop. That is our safeguard: whatever we recommend to our clients, we have tested on our own apps first.

David Dao is a full-stack developer. He spent several years building applications and integrations for companies before founding Kōten Studio to deliver websites and apps from start to finish.

At Kōten Studio, the person who answers your first message is the one writing the code. There is no project manager between you and the work.

In Japanese, 交点 (kōten) means a point of intersection. Every product sits at an intersection: a real need, a form (a website, an app) and the right moment to launch it. The logo, two overlapping squares with their intersection in vermilion, marks that point.
