Every site is fast, well structured and built for phones, which is what Google looks at first. The Pro package adds the SEO work: a title and description for every page, a sitemap, Google Search Console and visitor statistics.
Enquiries that reach you
The contact form sends your visitors' enquiries straight to your inbox, with spam protection.
Going live
Domain name, security certificate, hosting: the site is delivered live, on its own domain, not as a mock-up.
A site that belongs to you
The code, the domain name and the logins are yours. You can hand the site to someone else later without starting over.

Brochure site, custom site or online shop
A brochure site presents your business, your services and your contact details, and brings you enquiries. That is the Essential package, from €490 excl. VAT.
If you want to be found on Google for specific searches, track your visits or offer your site in two languages, the Pro package, from €990 excl. VAT, adds SEO, Google Search Console, visitor statistics, a blog and a second language.
Online booking, a customer area, payments, a shop or a connection to your tools: these features are part of the Premium package, from €1,990 excl. VAT. The details are on the Pricing page.
The tools we use
Sites are built with Next.js and TypeScript, and with Supabase when a database is needed. These are widely used, well documented tools, chosen because they keep the site fast and because another developer can pick up your project without starting from scratch.
How it works
WebsitesYou describe your project. Through the contact form or the project brief, which takes about ten minutes. It is not binding, and you can leave out anything you do not know yet.
You get a price and a date. After a first conversation, you get a written proposal: what we will do, at what price and by when.
You see the site take shape. First the design, then the site as it is built, at a preview link you can open on your phone.
The site goes live. It goes live on your domain, then we hand it over: you get the logins and the code.
And afterwards, if you want. The subscription, at €49 excl. VAT per month, covers hosting, the domain name, backups, technical updates and small content changes.

At Kōten Studio, a custom website costs from €490 excl. VAT for a brochure site, from €990 excl. VAT with Google SEO and two languages, and from €1,990 excl. VAT with features such as booking or an online shop. The exact price is fixed in writing before we start.
How long does it take to build a website?
The time needed to build a website depends on the site, and the launch date is fixed in the proposal before we start. A brochure site is quicker than one with booking or a shop, and it is usually gathering the text and photos that sets the pace.
Will my site rank well on Google?
Every site is fast, well structured and built for phones. From the Pro package up, we add the SEO work: a title and description for every page, a sitemap, Google Search Console and visitor tracking. Nobody can honestly promise the top spot on Google. What we deliver is a site that Google can read and understand.
Can I update my site myself?
Yes, if you ask for it in the brief: an editing interface is then planned from the start and priced into the quote. Otherwise, small content changes are included in the monthly subscription, at €49 excl. VAT per month.
Do you build online shops and booking sites?
Yes, Kōten Studio builds online shops and sites with booking. Online payment, a shop, booking, a customer area or a connection to your tools are part of the Premium package, from €1,990 excl. VAT, priced on what you actually need.
I am not near Louvain-la-Neuve. Can we still work together?
Yes, Kōten Studio works with clients across Belgium and, remotely, in Luxembourg, France, the Netherlands and Germany. We keep in touch by video call and email, and you follow the site as it takes shape at a preview link.
